dpstar has a wide range of heater products that can be configured to address many applications.  With over 25 years of experience developing and manufacturing electric heaters, dpstar is able to provide a complete thermal solution to your application.

These heaters can be immersed directly in the liquid being heated or put in protective wells. Multiple style mounting adaptors are available.

Cartridge / Insertion Heaters : dpstar cartridge heaters and insertion heaters can be inserted into holes, used as  heaters placed directly in liquid or in protective wells, or can be mounted in pipes or vessels.

Finned Air Heaters are normally used for forced convection heating with outlet air temperatures of 300°C (572°F) or less. Steel finned heaters are standard with surface temperatures limited to about 425°C (797°F) compared to 815°C (1500°F) for an alloy sheathed non-finned heater.The finned air heater is designed for use in natural and forced convection space heating, our range of finned air heaters are suitable for increased heat transfer surface area and where higher wattage is required. Featuring rugged construction, these finned heaters can be used in a multitude of industrial environments. Finned tubular heaters are used for forced convection heating, air or gas heating systems. They are customized to meet your specific application needs. It is also UL certified.

dpstar diverse array of circulation heaters range from quartz heaters for aggressive chemicals to large pressure vessel heaters with capabilities up to 3000 psi. These heaters can be used for liquids or gases in various applications.

Anti-condensation heater is designed to maintain the temperature inside of an enclosure several degrees above surroundind ambient temperature and above the dew point.
